❖ The GGD series AC low-voltage distribution cabinet adopts a general-purpose cabinet base. The framework is assembled using 8MF cold-formed steel, welded together. The framework parts and specialized accessories are supplied by a designated manufacturer, ensuring the precision and quality of the cabinet. The components of the general-purpose cabinet are designed based on modular principles, with installation holes at 20mm intervals, which increases the universal applicability. This allows for pre-production at the factory, reducing manufacturing cycle time and improving work efficiency.
❖ The design of the GGD cabinet fully considers heat dissipation during operation. There are different numbers of ventilation holes at both the top and bottom of the cabinet. When electrical components inside the cabinet generate heat, the warm air rises and exits through the top holes, while cool air continuously enters from the bottom holes, creating a natural ventilation path from bottom to top to dissipate heat efficiently.
❖ In line with modern industrial product design standards, the cabinet shape and partition dimensions are designed using the golden ratio, giving the cabinet an elegant and refined appearance.
